
With half of the U.S. Army’s 40,000-member acquisition workforce approaching retirement, the U.S. Army initiated a major recruiting campaign aimed at recent college graduates and younger members of the workforce with an interest in acquisition and logistics. BRTRC designed informative and eye-catching brochures, exhibit signage, and a brand-new careers page on its Web site to establish this client as an employer of choice. Integrated into a communications plan, BRTRC created an eye-catching, informative, and effective series of brochures for the client to attract the next generation of U.S. Army acquisition personnel. More than just establishing a look and feel that reflected our client accurately, we researched vital information to include within the content and aligned appropriate taglines to communicate the organization’s messaging toward prospective employees.
